We are accepting new insurance clients using a super bill format. This will still require a script from your doctor (our office policy) with a diagnosis code. Pay for your visit on the day of your appointment, submit paperwork to your insurance (that we supply), and get reimbursed for your visit from your insurance company. Please call if you have any questions. Until Premera allows new providers in their network, we will not bill your insurance for you. Thank you.
